To use this order form you will:
- Need the latest version (version 7 or higher) of Adobe® Reader® to get total functionality. You can get it here:
- Note: If you do not have Adobe® Reader® version 7.0 (or higher) we will receive a blank order!
- If you meet these requirements you will be able to fill out the order form, save it (not the data that is entered ), print it (suggested for your records) or email it to us, using the buttons within the form ONLY!
- When you email it, don't be alarmed if you
see an "order.xml" as the attachment. This is what is
supposed to happen. XML is the data
within
the form (this is what we want), PDF is only the form itself (we already have this).
